The New York Kitchen (formerly New York Wine and Culinary Center) is designed to engage, excite and inspire the people of New York State and the world in a celebration of New York wine and food. The Center is an educational and experiential gateway to New York State's incredible wine, food and culinary industries.

Your meal is served in the Demonstration Theater, a comfortable amphitheater setting, enhanced by state-of-the-art audio and visual technology. Watch your guest chef create a dazzling dessert using superb New York State products. Summer meals may also be requested for groups under the tent on the grounds overlooking the lake.

 

The Culinary Boutique offers a wide selection of quality New York State foods, culinary tools, wine accessories, and gifts. Many of the professional culinary tools and food products used in the educational classes are available for sale in the Boutique.

 

Tour & Tasting at Casa Larga Vineyards

At Casa Larga Vineyards, see Old World Winemaking from Graft to Glass! As a visitor to Casa Larga, step into a nationally recognized facility, magnificently rich in architectural beauty. Their guided tours begin in the vineyard, where you will learn how their grapes are grown, harvested, and pressed. Continuing on to their classically inspired winery, follow the wine making process through fermentation, oak cask aging, bottling cellars and learn the process of "Methode Champenoise." Complete your tour with the basics of wine tasting as you savor their daily tasting selections.

 

Boat Excursion on Lake Skaneateles

Scenic cruise aboard Judge Ben Wiles. Cruise Skaneateles Lake, the "eastern gateway to the Finger Lakes." The lake is thought of as one of the most beautiful & cleanest bodies of water in the world.
