Need to Know:

• All retail food and beverage locations at Yankee Stadium are cashless and will only accept credit/debit cards, pre-purchased options, and touchless payments.

• Tickets for the game will be digital, accessible via the Tour Director’s mobile device—no paper tickets are available.

• The bus is scheduled to arrive at Yankee Stadium approximately 1.5 hours before the game starts, and we will depart 30 minutes after the game ends.

• Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire stadium.

• Baseball Game Cancellation/Rain-Out Policy:Weather can sometimes affect outdoor events like baseball games, and Eyre's policy offers clarity on what happens in these cases. Tour Protection is strongly recommended. If Tour Protection is purchased and the customer's cancellation is made 1 hour PRIOR to departure, you will receive a full refund (less the cost of Tour Protection), and Eyre Tours will retain the tickets. *If the customer does not cancel and doesn't show up OR travels to the game and the game is postponed while en route or after arrival, the policies below will apply: Without the purchase of Tour Protection, once clients have made payment for their trip, they own the tickets to the event (although they don't have them in their possession). *If a game is postponed, Eyre Tours will not be re-scheduling the trip. Refunds, as outlined below, will NOT include the cost of the ticket. Cancellation prior to departure - If the game you are planning to attend should be postponed prior to the time that the bus is scheduled to pick you up, then all payments to Eyre Tours (minus the cost of the ticket will be refunded). Clients may travel, on their own, to the re-scheduled game, and utilize their ticket. (Eyre Tours will email you your ticket). Eyre Tours has no liability to offer transportation to the game on the re-scheduled date. *Cancellation on game day (after departure) - Should a game be postponed while the bus is en route or prior to a complete game being played, no refunds will be issued. Clients may travel, on their own, to the rescheduled game, and utilize their ticket. Eyre Tours has no liability to offer transportation to the event on the re-scheduled date. Tickets for a postponed game may be used on the rescheduled date or (depending on availability) exchanged for another game.

 

Security:

Please note the following guidelines for Yankee Stadium: no cans, thermoses, or glass/aluminum bottles are allowed. Exceptions are made for those with medical needs, baby bottles, unopened soft-sided containers (like small milk cartons or juice boxes), clear factory-sealed plastic water bottles (1 liter or smaller), and empty plastic sports bottles. These exceptions are at the discretion of Yankee Stadium staff. Each guest may bring one soft-sided bag (e.g., diaper bags, small purses, etc.) with dimensions no larger than 16”x16”x8”. Briefcases, coolers, and hard-sided bags are not permitted. All bags will be inspected upon entry, and bag-size bins will be used to ensure compliance. There is no storage for items that do not meet security requirements, and re-entry is not permitted.

 

 

Accessibility:

Please be aware that parking and drop-off areas at the stadium are limited, so passengers may need to walk a good distance to reach the stadium entrance.
