Lunch on day one is included at the Casselman Inn. Choices are:

Dinner on day one is included at Wisp Resort

Dinner is served buffet-style and features Caesar salad, cornbread, house-cut NY strip, BBQ chicken, baked potato, and grilled vegetables. Also included is dessert, along with iced tea and coffee.

 

Dinner on day two is included at Wisp Resort

Dinner is served buffet-style and features antipasto salad, Caesar salad, minestrone soup, garlic bread, meat lasagna, pasta primavera, and Sicilian mixed vegetables. Also included is dessert, along with iced tea and coffee.

 

Lunch on day three is included at Penn Alps Restaurant

Lunch is served buffet-style and features a salad and soup bar, fried chicken, baked fish, fried shrimp, clams, mussels, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, green beans, and corn. Also included are desserts, along with soft drinks, water, coffee, and tea.
