Walk the streets and you'll feel the energy of over 1,000 years of history, as echoes of the Vikings mix with buzzing boutiques, cobbled streets reverberate with the sounds of buskers, and 18th century parks.

 

Dublin City Tour

See Grafton Street, statue lined O’Connell Street, the General Post Office & Phoenix Park. Visit the famous Christchurch Cathedral and visit Trinity College, where the 1,200 year old Book of Kells is housed.

 

Trinity College

Trinity College was founded in 1592 by Queen Elizabeth 1st and is the oldest University in Ireland.

 

Book of Kells

The Book of Kells contains the four Gospels in Latin based on the Vulgate text which St Jerome completed in 384AD, intermixed with readings from the earlier Old Latin translation. The Gospel texts are prefaced by other texts, including "canon tables", or concordances of Gospel passages common to two or more of the evangelists; summaries of the gospel narratives; and prefaces characterizing the evangelists.

 

The book is written on vellum (prepared calfskin) in a bold and expert version of the script known as "insular majuscule". It contains 340 folios, now measuring approximately 330 x 255 mm; they were severely trimmed, and their edges gilded, in the course of rebinding in the 19th century.

Ring of Kerry

Travel the Ring of Kerry, one of the most gorgeous coastal routes in the world. This winding route reveals breathtaking views of Macgillycuddy’s Reeks as well as the scenic coast of beaches and cliffs. As you travel along, there will be plenty of stops for photos. Drive through Glenbeigh, where the cliff road affords panoramic views of the Dingle Peninsula and Dingle Bay. Passing through the peat bogs, arrive at the sea town of Waterville and continue to Sneem Village, famous for its brightly colored houses. The road continues through the mountains to Molls Gap and Ladies View with superb views of the famous Lakes of Killarney.

 

Bunratty Castle Medievel Banquet

Killarney National Park

Renowned by many as the “Jewel in Kerry’s crown” Killarney National Park is a truly spectacular natural beauty spot. Home to famed locations such as Muckross House and Gardens, the Lakes of Killarney, Inisfallen Island, Killarney House, and Knockreer House, the Killarney National Park covers approximately 10,200 hectares (26,000 acres). Sitting at the foot of the Macgillycuddy Reeks (Ireland's highest mountain range) and sweeping down to the Lakes of Killarney, the park encompasses mountains, lakes, islands, and flatlands and stretches right to the outskirts of the town of Killarney.

 

Muckross House & Gardens

Regarded by many as the focal point of the National Park. Muckross House enjoys a majestic location looking out onto Muckross Lake. The house was designed by William Burns a Scottish architect for Henry Arthur Herbert and his wife Mary Balfour. With a total of some sixty-five rooms, it was built in Tudor style and typified the elegant lifestyle of the 19th century land owning class. Muckross house itself was built over a period of years from 1839 to 1843 but further work was carried out during the 1850’s in preparation for Queen Victoria’s visit. It is said that these improvements for the Queen's visit were a contributory factor to the financial difficulties suffered by the Herbert family which resulted in the sale of the estate.

If cancellation occurs between 4/26/25 and 7/23/25, a $625.00* per person penalty will be assessed. If cancellation occurs between 7/24/25 and 10/21/25, the passenger is in full penalty and no refund will be granted.

Please remember to bring a European adapter for your electronic devices. In Europe, the standard voltage is 230 V, and the frequency is 50 Hz, with power plugs and sockets of type C, E, and F. Since the plug shape used in Europe is different from most other regions, your standard plugs won’t fit directly into European wall sockets, so you’ll need a special adapter to bridge the gap.
