Dinner on Day One is included at Hard Rock Cafe, Niagara Falls, NY. Entree choices are:

• Twisted Mac, Chicken & Cheese - 100% All-natural grilled chicken breast, sliced and served on cavatappi pasta tossed in a four-cheese sauce blend.

• Legendary Burger - Steak Burger served medium well, applewood bacon, cheddar cheese, crispy onion ring, leaf lettuce and vine-ripened tomato, served with seasoned fries on the side.

• Impossible Burger - 100% Plant based vegan patty topped with cheddar cheese, crispy onion ring, leaf lettuce and vine-ripened tomato, served with seasoned fries on the side.

• Smokehouse BBQ Combo - Slow cooked baby back ribs and hand pulled smoked pork with house made barbecue sauce. The perfect combination of their smokehouse specialties, served with seasoned fries on the side.

• Grilled Salmon - Grilles with herb butter, served with mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables.

• BBQ Chicken - Grilled chicken layered with signature spices and barbecue sauce, served with fresh vegetables.

Lunch on Day Two is included at Spring Lake Winery. Entree Choices are:

• Chicken Bruschetta Wrap - Marinated Chicken Breast, lettuce, fresh mozzarella, bruschetta & balsamic glaze

• Turkey Wrap - Turkey with apples, Swiss Cheese & Cranberry Aioli

At Cave of the Winds, visitors are given a thin plastic rain poncho to wear, but will likely still get wet. The amount you get wet depends on how close you get to the falls and how long you stay. It would be a good idea to pack waterproof bags or pouches to protect your electronics, wallets, and other important items.
