Tickets during Fan Week are free, but guests must register online in advance for a free Fan Access Pass, which is required to get onto the grounds during Fan Week (this isn't a physical ticket; it's more like an entry credential).

 

A few key details:

• Adults can sign up on the US Open Site, then add the pass to their phone or mobile wallet. Register for your free Fan Access Pass at fanpass.usopen.org before you go.

• Kids under 18 don't need their own pass; they can enter alongside a registered adult.

• The pass also unlocks access to on-grounds activations and giveaways.

• It's separate from tickets to premium events (like select Mixed Doubles matches), which do require a paid ticket.

Security:

• All fans will go through a screening process upon passing through the USTA National Tennis Center entry gates.

• There will be a limit of one bag per person admitted onto the grounds.

• All bags are subject to search, must be a single compartment and not be larger than 12" wide x 12" high x 16" long.

• There will be no bag storage on the grounds.

• The following items are prohibited and may not be brought onto the premises: sealed packages of any kind; briefcases; knapsacks/backpacks (Exception: single compartment drawstring bags); hard coolers or similar containers; glass bottles or cans (Exception: reusable water bottles-24 oz. or less, metal and plastic); aerosol cans or noisemaking devices; alcoholic beverages; Video cameras or recording devices (Exception: cell phones and SLR cameras, with lenses up to and not exceeding 300mm, with video or recording capabilities) and mono/tripods or other professional camera equipment; computers or laptops; food (except in small quantities, or for medical, dietary or infant purposes); weapons (regardless of permit); pets (unless a service animal); scooters of any type.

 

Need to Know:

• To participate in this tour, you MUST HAVE A SMARTPHONE in order to add your free Fan Access pass to your wallet which is required to get onto the grounds. This isn't a physical ticket; it's more like an entry credential.

• The day takes place mostly outside; dress appropriately and prepare for seasonal weather. It's recommended you bring a hat, sunscreen, and a water bottle.

• Every Starr trip includes deluxe round-trip motorcoach transportation from one or more of our departure locations.

• Plan to be on your feet a lot during this trip. There will be a far walk from the bus parking area to the main entrance of the Tennis Center.
